This measuring system combines high precision, reliability, and modern technology. The X and Z axis beams are made of aviation-grade aluminum, and all axes are equipped with preloaded air bearings, ensuring stiffness and stability during measurement. The RENISHAW steel scale guarantees high accuracy and long service life.
The RENISHAW UCC control system enables fast measurement and smooth motion control. The RATIONAL-DMIS software offers an intuitive user interface with drag-and-drop functionality, instructional programming, intelligent recognition of geometric elements, and seamless CAD data integration.
The RENISHAW PROBE BODY system includes:
- TP20 – touch trigger probe
- TP200 – touch trigger probe with electronic strain sensing technology, providing high measurement accuracy and long operational life
