TVM200 is an optical measuring system designed for precise inspection of cutting tool geometry.
The system is equipped with a high-definition color digital camera and dedicated measurement software, enabling fast and accurate evaluation of tool dimensions and geometric parameters.
The system is suitable for inspecting milling cutters, form milling cutters, drills, taps, radius end mills, ball nose end mills and other rotary cutting tools. It supports the measurement of parameters such as rake angle, clearance angle, helix angle and tooth gap angle. Thanks to its built-in profile tracking and scanning functions, the actual tool geometry can also be compared against predefined profiles.
TVM200 features a stable granite base, contributing to high measurement accuracy and repeatability. The system includes surface and contour illumination, universal lighting, a clamping device and a computer. Measurement data can be saved and exported in Word, Excel, JPG and DXF formats.
